Hi lash babe due to the nature of beauty, products, and lash supplies all sales are final . We do not accept returns exchanges or refunds on opened used or applied products .  If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at VizualEstheticCo@gmail.com with photos of the issue. VizualEstheticCo reserves the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet these requirements.
